Who we are
Ernesto Gonzalez is the founder of Cre8te Advisory, a consulting firm focused on helping contractors improve their marketing, transparency, and business systems.
He began his career in the concrete industry in East Texas, working as a Project Manager on residential foundations, including lake homes. During college, he also worked with Accu-Steel on the construction of one of the first indoor roping arenas of its kind in the United States, gaining early exposure to large-scale projects.
Ernesto studied Construction Science and Management with a minor in Business at Tarleton State University before moving to Denver, where he continued his career managing both residential and commercial construction projects. His experience includes custom home builds and work connected to major commercial developments, including projects associated with Coors Field.
Through his time in the industry, Ernesto saw a consistent gap between skilled contractors and how they communicate their value, as well as the lack of clarity homeowners often face during construction projects.
Cre8te Advisory was built to close that gap. Today, Ernesto works with contractors to help them present their businesses more clearly, build trust with homeowners, and operate more effectively.
He believes the future of construction belongs to contractors who combine strong craftsmanship with transparency and clear communication.

Cody perry - Marketing Director
Cody Perry holds a college degree in nutrition and has built his career in content creation, social media marketing, and public relations. He served as the social media manager for a live music venue, where he led content strategy, promoted events, and managed the brand’s online presence.
He has worked directly with brands to create content that actually represents what they do and gets attention. His focus is on building a strong presence through clear messaging, intentional content, and visuals that stand out.
While his background in nutrition built discipline and structure, his work is centered on marketing. He approaches content with a focus on positioning, execution, and making sure what’s put out holds up.
Cody focuses on clear messaging, strong visuals, and content that performs.
